I am a Provisional Registered Graphic Designer based in Cobourg, Ontario – a small town located about an hour east of Toronto.
I have an extensive educational background in design, including a Bachelor of Design with Distinction from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and a Digital Media Skills Certificate from OCAD University. I have also completed many hours of additional training focused on accessible design, web design and inclusive writing for the web.
I have over 8 years of professional experience designing engaging promotional materials, brand identities, website designs and more for corporations, small businesses and bloggers. I have been honoured to receive numerous accolades including awards for my design work from the Hermes Creative Awards, Marcom Awards and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Toronto.
I currently work full-time as an in-house designer for an organization; however, I also provide freelance services on the side. This freelance work gives me the opportunity to explore new skills and stretch my creative muscles by designing for a variety of different brands and aesthetics.
In my freelance work, I specialize in creating logos, visual identities, websites, promotional materials and photography that elevate the unique personality, values and story of each brand to help businesses reach their full potential.
Outside of my creative work, I am also a cat mom, avid traveller and music lover. I love to use my weekends to get out and explore new places and parks in Ontario. I love great food, spending time with my friends and family, and binging waaayy too much TV on Netflix. If it sounds like we might be a good match, please feel free to reach out!
I look forward to getting to know you and your business!
